Students running,
Students screaming.
Students talking,
Students eating.
What's the difference?
Between break time and lessons.
Hmm, I wonder.
Laughter during break time,
Silence during lessons.
What makes them shy to speak up?
Canteen and classrooms.
What's the difference?
Aren't they a room with 4 walls too?

The first stanza is talking about the behavior of students during break time (recess). The last word of each stence rhymes in the first stanza; "running", "screaming", "talking" and "eating"
The second stanza is talking about the poet wondering the difference between recess and lesson time (which was clearly written in the poem).
The third stanza shows the different attitude and behavior during recess and lessons; "laughter during break time,/Silence during lessons".
The last stanza is talking about the difference between the environment; the canteen and the classroom. The poet is wondering whether the environment affects the attitude and behavior of student(s).
